Clapham photo studio is open from 8.00 to 23.00 seven days a week by appointment.
The studio must be booked in advance.
The studio is shown by prior arrangement daily from 09:00 to 21:00, strictly provided that the hall is free, or during a break between rentals.
The Photo Studio rental time starts from the moment the booking time starts and ends 5 minutes before the end of the booking time. You must hand over the premises of the Photo Studio after the shooting in the state in which it was before you.
In the Photo Studio, it is necessary to change into replaceable clean shoes if the weather is bad outside or to wipe your marks.
The make-up table is located in the room, the time of its use is included in the total rental time of the hall. It is not possible to rent a makeup table separately.
For security purposes, video surveillance is carried out on the territory of the Photo Studio. The cameras are viewed by management in disputable situations or at the request of the Tenant in cases of theft or damage to property.
Minimum rental time – 1 hour
There can be no more than 12 people in the room at the same time (including a photographer, makeup artist, assistants, etc.).
For damage and breakage of studio equipment and accessories, the Tenant bears full financial responsibility and compensates for losses in the amount and volume, in agreement with the administration of the Photo Studio. At the end of the shooting, the equipment is checked by the Administrator without fail.
Furniture and interior items in the Photo Studio may differ from the photos presented on the site.
If the Tenant delays subsequent Tenants for any reason, he is obliged to pay for the delay at the rate of GBP 10 for every 10 minutes.
In case of soiling, damage or destruction of any property and props of the Photo Studio, the full cost of damage, equivalent to the market value of repair, cleaning or replacement, must be reimbursed.
Cancellations within 24 hours after booking confirmation will receive a full refund. This excludes events starting within 48 hours.
Cancellations 7 days in advance will receive a full refund.
Cancellations 7 days to 24 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations for events starting within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Event date of a confirmed booking can be changed to another date at least 7 days in advance, at no cost.
